"It was fun while it lasted"

The committee has reviewed the club's attendance over
the year and it is with great regret that we had to announce it is no
longer financially viable for the club to continue operating.

Interest has been dwindling at the end of the last year but we thought
we have one last stab at keeping the track running for one more
season, with rent and maintenance heavily subsidised by the committee
members.  Despite a supportive group of new members who signed up this
year, we have struggled to build up enough funds to cover the rent for
parts of the year when the club cannot operate due to bad weather.  
Therefore instead of continuing on and getting into debt, we
will wind things down and call it a day.  Those still wanting to nitro
on need not despair, there are very good Thursday racing evenings
organised at the Galaxy track in Needham Market which everyone
should check out.
